Hey Esther! Happy your NOA1 is done. Your timeline says app received at lockbox on Dec 29th but I saw where you said it was Nov 2nd (I believe). Can you clarify? Dallas lockbox received my K1 app on Dec 17th and still nothing 😒. Inside I’m like 🤬, outside I’m like 😇. So frustrating!

Hi! It was received on Nov. 2nd but the timeline wouldn't allow me to put that I got my receipt on Jan. 28th because it was too long of a time!

Hi Ester ☺️ I think the date of receipt of your noa1 is actually December. but you put the date the number 1 arrived. that changes the general timeline as if you were a declarer for January instead of December. If you like, you could confirm it and make the change.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
