Hello everyone! I have two questions if you can help me 1. My husband did not meet the minimum poverty level on his most recent taxes because he did not work all of last year; but this year he is working full time and with a good salary that is above the poverty line. Can he still sponsor me? 2. We filed paperwork with a co-sponsor, but got an rfe for not filing all taxes. then we got what we needed to send again. The problem is that the co-sponsor retired from employment yesterday before reapplying. Would this affect the documents we already have? because he's still supposed to have a job. Would it be better to find another co-sponsor? or for a few days of withdrawal there are no problems? thank you 🙂
