It’s been 90 days after NVC sent a message that I am DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED but no email or interview letter has been sent to me.
What could be causing the delay pls?
When am I likely to get to get an interview appointment?

I finally found answer to the above questions guys. The Case Completed date is the final date shown when you track your date of DQ on NVC timeframes. I finally have my appointment date and thanks to God for this.

Congratulations in advance

Dear Mike,
Kindly clarify this for me ,on your timeline your case was completed at 22/12/2020.You have also said the date you receive DQ is when your date is completed.
Kindly explain the difference for me

Congratulations in advance

Dear Kofi, I finally submit my IV application, AOS and all Civil Documents on 6th September and on 21st Sept I received a message that I am documentarily qualified (DQ). The point is that upon the receipt of DQ, your 60-90 days of processing time by NVC starts to count and once your matter is completed NVC sends you an email with the date case was completed and which in my case is exactly the date as shown on the tracking on NVC TIMEFRAMES WEBSITE ( https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html ). However, some people misunderstood the date of DQ as the date for completion but it’s not. On my Timeline and in my previous comment, I said the date I received my letter of interview is the date is 12/22/2020 and not the date I received my DQ. On 09/21/2020 I received my DQ which means NVC is satisfied with the documents I have submitted and not that my case has been completed.

Dear Mike,
Thanks so much for spending quality time to attend to my request with vivid explanation.
I am so grateful.

My interview is also, on Feb 3rd. Best of luck to us ahead!

@Kofi you are welcome and @Dt’layi yeah we have to show God gratitude for this. Nobody is helping to process our petition and documentation, yet God has brought us to this point. We must be grateful to him.

Congratulations on your interview being scheduled! Praying for you on the approval!

God bless you and Amen to your prayers. I appreciate you and I am equally praying for you since yours comes before mine. We chalk celebrate you

Finish line is so close. We thank God! Best of luck

Amen and you too. Your success will be a hope elevator for me.

I finally schedule a medical examination appointment with one of the two approved facilities in Lagos and when I asked about the fee I was told it’s 150k or a little less for the total fee.

Didn't you pay anything upfront? I paid 71k upfront at the consultant practices.

I was told I can pay in a week time, the N71,700

Interview at the embassy rescheduled from 2020-02-09 to 2020-03-10.

Ours was rescheduled as well from 2.1 to 3.1

@MrsOli One month isn’t bad, I know the new date will release our approval in Jesus name, Amen

Thanks so much for the update on how your interview went. My husband and I are awaiting his interview and it is good to know that I need to file for 2020 taxes before he goes. Best of luck to you two :).

Thanks

Just recvd my DQ on the 24th of Feb. When do you think I will given IL...when was your DQ and when did you receive message for IL and when was the actual interview. Thanks

My DQ was 21st September 2020 and received an NVC letter of interview from NVC exactly 90 days from the date I was said to be Documentarily Qualified. You should receive your interview letter on or before the 24th of May. You can only contact them after the 90 days had past. I was worried why my was delayed till this 90 days but the rule says after you are DQ, your will receive your letter of interview not later than 90 days after DQ. So, be patient your interview is coming soon.

Amen.God is good

After submitting the additional documents required of me on 1st April, 2021, I received an email from Lagos, IV that I should submit my international passport and it has been submitted on Friday the 9th of April, 2021. Praying that I join the rest VJ Members whose visas were granted. Praise the Lord.

God's name be praised .you are good to go

Glory be to God of Celestial today, visa approved. Praise the Lord.

Congratulations once more

Congrats!!! We're still waiting for our interview date. I'm beyond anxious lol

Your interview date will surely come. Just be patient and remain prayerful for the successful completion of your process. Good luck to you.

Amen .!!!!

I was admitted at the US CBP and a 1year validity of my visa was stamped on my passport. There were just 2 questions:
1. Your wife’s name is hmmmmm?
2. What part of US will you be residing?
3. What’s the address?
4. The zip code?
Answered all and also informed the officer that I am qualified for 10 years green card because my marriage is 2 years now. Although, my interview was 2 months before my marriage clocked 2yrs. So, I needed to convert my CR1 visa to IR1 category. The officer looked at my face and said okay. As a matter of fact, I even showed him a written application for my request and attached a photocopy of my marriage certificate with it. I ensured he sighted my original marriage certificate as well. Finally, he stamped ADMITTED but wrote CR1 on my passport. He therefore returned the written application back to me. He said you are welcome to America. Goodluck.

Received my 10 years green card.

congratulations

Received my 10 years green card.

@seth thanks so much
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
