Congratulations

I see everything is going along well in your world, happy for you guys. We are still in a holding pattern

Thank you! We hope you get good news soon! Stay strong there! Cheers!!

Did you guys got approved yet for the GC? I don’t see an update yet on toys AOS I’m from Charleston and I apply on march 17

Sorry for bugging you guys I’m on march 17 and Since you guys are behind me I wonder if you approved already for your GC?

Hi. We haven’t gotten any updates for the AOS process.

What is GC?

Green Card

We filed on 9/15 received an RFE for the I-864, instead of the I-134 I sent. then got a biometrics appointment for mid October. that is everything up to today. Did you file the work authorization at the same time? If so what happened with it?

I filed for I-485, I-765 and I-131 all together on 01/24. Got work authorization on late July. Advanced parole for travel still pending and no news on AOS since biometrics appointment done mid February.

I have heard processing is taking close to a year :(

It’s crazy you that still waiting hope you get news soon

If you can always let me know I’m two months behind you

I think we are behind you ? We got married in September and filed the 765 and 485, we are now waiting for approval on work card and an interview date for 485
Thanks
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
