Did you have to redo your medical exam for the interview? Or just provide the vaccination records for your K1 medical? Did you need to bring your COVID vaccination proof?

No, you don't need to redo the medical if it was done at the first interview at the consulate. No COVID vaccination is needed for the interview but you need to wear a mask.
