I-751 NOA1: Letter received in mail on 09/17/2022 but it was sent from USICS on 09/08/2022
After I-751 filing, the Green Card was extended for 24 months and then it was again extended for 48 months in January 2024.
10 year Green Card was not issued because we applied for N-400 before to become citizen before I-751 was approved. Both interview for I-751 and N-400 was held on the same day 3/28/2024, the letter said to take my spouse with me to the interview, it was very smooth took 20min total and my spouse was with me the whole time. |

US CIS Local Office ReviewsTimeline Comments: 4What they asked during interview
They asked:
1. How and when did you guys meet?
2. Why did you choose this person as your husband
over other?
3. How long did your husband stayed with you after
marriage? When?
4.
4. Where did you go on your honeymoon?
5. Where does your husband work?
They didn't ask to see any documentation or pictures. I guess she was a bit lucky... Who knows.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
