Hi PatientlyWaiting2! I'm curious if you're still waiting for the embassy in Panama to receive your case, or if you just haven't updated. How long was the wait??

Hello again! I'm surprised to see that it's taken a few weeks between packet four and your interview. Any news? How's it going??

My fiancé did finally receive his interview date. It will be here in two weeks so coming up soon. He had is medical last week and it went well. The clinic will send the results from the medical to the Embassy. I will try and remember to post how his interview goes after he has it.

Congratulations! Thanks for keeping us up to date. I can't find many other people in Panama doing K1, so nice to have somebody to follow :)

Thank you. I will agree that it has been difficult finding people in Panama doing K1 to follow. One suggestion I will give you is if you need to contact the Embassy, email them on a Tuesday or Wednesday at Panama-IVisas@state.gov with your case number in the subject line. I find that I gotten most of my responses back from them on those two days and with that email.

Hi! This is really great advice. Thanks for sharing. We'll definitely keep it in mind once we get there. Soon, I hope!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
