Would you mind sharing all the evidence you shared at the start of the application and also at the time of the interview?

At the start of the application, we shared pics together, my visit history/boarding passes, record calls from US fiance to Pak fiance. I am the petitioner. Once the date showed on the call I took screen shots making sure my fiance’s number is showing and made a word doc. We also wrote letters, how we met and plan to get marry in US. Other than that we submitted all the legal doc of both fiancé's. This includes termination of previous marriage certificate from union council of Pak/US court. Hope this is helpful.

Once the USCIS approved our case, than my Pak fiance start it keep record of call history to show on their interview. I visit again in pak and they kept the boarding passes of mine and pics from snap chats, showing dates and locations.

Hi Shaz, few questions if you can assist. From the time embassy received your case from NVC, how long did embassy take to send you packet 3.5. Did you ever receive that? Did you wait to receive it before scheduling your interview? Thanks

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
