Comments : At Vancouver International Airport’s US Pre-clearance they ask my fianceé and I questions about how we met. All pretty standard but the CBP Officer did give my wife an attitude about not getting the vaccines for the K-1 at first but luckily I told the CBP officer and showed her documentation where it stated that the Vaccines were optional. I told her that my fianceé was going to get the vaccines here in Cali and an approved Doctor was going to complete the vaccine portion of the I-693. After that they let us through.

Comments : The Interview was short and for the most part painless since we submitted a lot of information regarding our bona fide relationship. My wife did get asked about her travel history and the adjudication officer at first was telling us that she was only supposed to had used her Advance parole for an emergency only and not for leasure travel but since I told her that the combo card was applied for to be used for multiple entries and I also showed her a copy of the i-131 showing that we applied for multiple entries and we did not list any emergency on the form. The officer did not approve us on the spot but only hinted us that it was going to be approved. Our status changed online after about 4 hours from Interview Scheduled to New Card Being Produced. Then today on 5-20-2021 it changed again to Case Approved.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
