Port of Entry Review
Event Date
Port of Entry : JFK
POE Date : 2008-07-19
Got EAD Stamp : No
Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : Waited in line about 30 minutes. Officer professional and nice. Asked a few questions about where my wife works, and her address. Pictures and fingerprints taken. Whole process took about 10 minutes. No problems at all. A group of other people were taken into another room to wait, but not me. I had all my documents organized which made the process easy.

Member Reviews:

Consulate Review: Morocco
Review Topic: K3 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : July 15, 2008
Embassy Review : Interview went very well. Interviewed by older woman with reddish hair. She smiled a lot. The usual questions were asked like: What does your wife do for work? Where does your wife live? Does your wife have children? How many? Boy/Girl? Will you be a good father to the child? Write your wife's full name. How many times has your wife been to Morocco? How long was her visit each time and when? Who was at your wedding? Do you have emails/letters? How do you communicate with each other? What language do you communicate in? Where did you meet? The Interviewer said that he had proved everything and everything is "good".

The interview lasted about ten minutes. My husband was the second to last to interview. They said they will call us in weeks or months. They gave him the 221(g) and the box was marked saying that the case is in Administrative Processing and that they don't need anything further from us. We will be contacted.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
