Well it is almost October and still Bahrain is still withholding my fiancé police clearance. He spent almost $1,000 in doing this and still nothing. He is giving til end of this month if he doesn’t get his police clearance than we will married in Paris
Also his medical clearance will expire by November 5 2031

So now it’s been over a month and nothing

My husband tried to take the drivers license exam but they will not let him do it because of waiting to see if he legal in this country

Adamaris on 2022-06-30 said:Try asking for an expedite for your employment authorization, I did mine based on financial loss since the marketplace was gonna get me out of the insurance if I didn’t provide proof of my immigration status and also based on the debts of my husband, but some people are even expediting based on the inability to get a drivers license, and they approve it, I uploaded all my evidence under the I-765 case on USCIS account. Give it a shot!

Visa journey states any day now that husband will receive EAD and AP that been three weeks now
My husband is getting frustrated he been here in USA since Dec 2021
Now his daughter is here now

As of Dec 15 2022 my husband finally got his corrected EAD/ AP combo card
So now he can work and go to school and travel now
Still waiting on the green card but they stated 18 months so hopefully by summer of 2023 he will get it
