I think, whether or not they are scheduling interviews - has a lot more to do with which country you are in right now. That is to say, some embassies are open and some aren't. Some are backlogged, some aren't. Ukraine is open and doesn't have a huge backlog, so we got a date. That's all. We were dq'ed like 09/28
