Hey there - I saw your post regarding NOA and AOS. We filed around the same time and also have not received any NOA. Although your timeline shows now that you did receive it. Is that right? Good luck to you guys!

Hey yep we just received notification via text shortly after I made that post but don’t have the physical NOA1 in the mail yet

Crazy it takes so long to just let us know they've got it!

I agree.... well I JUST checked USPS Informed Delivery and sure enough we have 3 NOA1s coming in the mail. So we filed January 6, today is February 12 and today we got them... Hope yours come soon!

How long did it take for the Charlotte office to schedule your interview from the status changing to "Case Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview"? Did your status change or did you just get a notice in the mail? Thank you!
blank avatar H And G on 2021-09-25 said:
hello, sorry for the late response... the status changed from "ready to be scheduled for interview" to "interview was scheduled" about a month after biometrics. Then another month after that was our interview which we just had

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
