Embassy Review : The NVC have abandon my case almost 19 months ago. After I have submitted all the documents and i have been confirmed, submitted and approved since. I want to know what is happening to my case my wife is waiting for me seriously. Thanks

Sorry that has to be so frustrating. I have seen people have luck when they call them in the evening after 7:30pm Eastern Standard time. You should post your question in the IR/CR forum so more people can see and offer you advice.
