I was DQ within 12 hrs. they send me email after i submitted all documents.

I have no info for that, only I do know that they are going to start isueing IR1/CR1 Visas some what in month of october. for USCIS their new year starts from OCTOBER. and have a hughe backlog. last 2 months they have not issue any visas. ours was a regular visa, not applied for expedite.
