On July, 17, I got the package send by NVC stamped in Auckland, New Zeeland! 15 days to make it from NH, to New Zeeland and then to Switzerland. Isn't that strange?

On 15th of August I received the IV bill fees but have to wait to pay them until the kids package gets approved.

My I 129F still pending as per today, 5th September, no touch since 15th of June!!!

Medical appointment on December, 7th, in Bern
Police certificate arrived in the mail on November, 30th

Comments : Well, we got in Charlotte and had a long wait on customs, kids were tired, and we missed the plane for Myrtle Beach, therefore we had to wait 2 more hours. There was no harrasment, officers were very nice. Everything went smooth and painless. We are together since 8 days now and we are so HAPPY!!!

GC denied on Nov.1st 2008. My husband had surgery, I called 2 weeks before the interview date, to inform them that we can not go to the interview, got confirmation nr from USCIS, has not been transferred on time to the Charleston Office. Here starts the mind twisting for almost a year.

Comments : biometrics on 2008-04-02
SSN on 07.21.2008
Filed on April 2009 with fees, as my current EAD expires on July 09, for a new EAD, my AOS case still denied. On June 20 -2009 AOS case re-opened, biometrics for the new EAD on July 16,2009. Come home from the biometrics, found letter from USCIS that my EAD has been denied as the AOS status still denied, which was not true, has been re-opened almost one month before the fingerprints date. On August 2009 I received the interview date for AOS on Sept.23rd, on Sept.21st I received my new EAD for a year, On 23rd of September 2009 I had to give it back, by the end of the interview as no longer needed. Stamp in the passport until the Permanent Resident Card arrives! It is not a Conditional Permanent Resident Card, but a regular Permanent Resident Card. E-mail from USCIS as card production ordered today. Interview last for 10 min, just a couple of questions, nothing embarassing, just how we met, when we got married, where am I working, and than he told us he will order the production of the Green Card.

POE Review: Charlotte
Event Description
Entry Date : 2008-01-31
Embassy Review : When we came here, the line was looong for the non us-citizens, therefore we missed our connection flight to Myrtle Beach, and we had to wait until 11.00 pm for the last flight. It was the waiting time not the checking part.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
