I had my nika nama in urdu already and used immitranslate.com to request a certified english translation. I already submitted a Nadra marriage certificate (which is different from the nika nama) I think they only want the nika nama and English translation of the nika nama right now. You will probably need the Nadra marriage certificate at the NVC stage!
