Good morning. Congratulations on your interview today and Good Luck! We have our interview on 19 November. Apologize for any inconvenience as I was hoping to get as much information about how the interview is performed and anything you could provide to help make ours go smoothly. Appreciate your time and again Congratulations!! William and Diana

Good afternoon. Thank you for your well wishes. Daniel had to attend the interview by himself because I could get time off from my job. We have not spoken in depth about the process yet but he told me they asked him 4 questions. How we met, when we met in person, if I was there today, If he had been married before (I have). They looked over the paperwork and said everything was perfect. And then told him he was approved and should get his visa in 8 days. When we have a chance to talk more about the details, I will give you an update!

Afternoon...Congratulations to both you!!! Thank you for your reply. Appreciate you taking time to share your process with us. Diana is running around Medellin to gather all latest required docs and having a hard time getting an appointment with a Doc in Bogota. More questions if and when you have time and again we really are so happy for you both and appreciate your time to help us.

Hi Tiffany - Glad to see your update! Do my eyes deceive me or did y’all just go from submission of the I-485 to approval in 4 months?? That’s truly amazing. We’ve got our biometrics appt in a couple of weeks in Orlando. Hoping things move along quickly. -Matt

Hi Matt. Your eyes do not deceive you! We were surprised as well. But very grateful. I hope yours goes just as quickly. The interview wasn’t bad at all. We had a really nice lady that only asked a few questions to each of us and mostly was just checking that she all the correct info. We were also able to submit additional evidence at that time. Good luck in your process and I will keep my finger’s crossed that all goes smoothly and quickly.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
