Hi, Yes, they actually did, just last week on Friday! I'm sorry,I forgot to update here. Since it has been almost 3 months from the I-130 approval and not updates, I call NVC last week on Wednesday and they told me that they received the case on August 4th but are currently creating accounts for cases received on June 30th and basically that I have to wait a while for them to create my case and reach out to us. However, to days after on Friday I got an email from NVC that my account was created. So it might be worth giving them a call.
