How long did it take to go from "Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview" to the actual interview being scheduled?

We didn't get the "Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview" notice, just the "Interview was scheduled" notification. Then it took 8 days before we got the letter with the actual interview date.
