I am also working with the Texas Processing Center with a Visa from Brazil. The current processing cases shown being worked are cases with a receipt date of June 30, 2019. Are you actually using the I-130 form? or is this possibly a different form that was submitted and approved so early?

sim, estou com o I130, inclusive o recebimento do número do caso um dia depois. yes, i have i130, including receiving the case number a day later. I'm just not sure if my jurisdiction is Texas, but for the speed it was either Texas or Potomac

If you look on the first receipt you received (I-797, Notice of Action), it will show at the bottom on the left, the processing center that your case was filed. It will be under the part that says "USCIS Office Address". I'm curious what it says.

Ah, the only way to find out now is to call USCIS and ask them where it was processed. This is what I did when I wanted to verify the location that was listed on my receipt.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
