They have stopped shipping new files to embassy until they resume their operations.
So shipping your file will be good sign. You can call them after 2 weeks to ask about your case# and status.

Shahjah88 on 2021-01-13 said:Check and see when was your case last updated? our case was last updated on Jan 8th and we got the packet 4 today. May be there are sending the packet in order of NOA2. I say go for the interview appointment, but some hospitals do ask for the packet 4 for the medical exam.

Comparing your dates , ours is far ahead still nothing from embassy , I emailed , call them several times got reply , wait as they are processing k visa's.Want to know do u guys expedite the cases , im a new member in this group but really depressed after seeing / comparing what happened to our case?
