Event Description
Review Date : March 28, 2009
Embassy Review : Long day. We arrived at the gate at 6:45,were inside by 7:10. Karen was called at 8 to the first window for the lady to go over her paperwork. That lady was pleasant and said all was ok, now go wait by window 2. We waited until 10:30 and they took her fingerprints. More waiting...until 1:30 when we were called. Karen went to the window waiting for a million questions, but surprise they just said sign this let me talk to your fiance... the CO asked me some questions like how long have I known her, when was my first visit to Colombia, how many times have I been there, does she have family in US,... Ok your fiance is approved now go pay Domesa. Very simple and easy but long wait for 5 minutes of questions to me, not even one to Karen...Oh well now that part is finished
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
