Hi Adrian! Hope all is well. Have you heard anything from the consulate yet?

Hi!
Nothing yet.
I have messaged several times and it seems they are still on vacation.

Omg! How frustrating!!!

I spoke to a rep yesterday. They said my packet has been there at the NVC for 5 months and with the rest if the packets they may send them out around January. After the arrival a 6-10 months wait because of the Fiance backlog and Spousal priority.

Wow!!! Soooo maddening! This is insane!

It's ridiculous. There are a few lawsuits going on now. I'm not getting my hopes up but this may be a possibility for the Fiance visas to move again.

Hi Adrian, any more updates? I keep stalking your timeline ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

Hi!
Jaja from time to time I also do the same.
Unfortunately, I emailed NVC and they still haven't shipped the packages.
I feel around March - April me & my fianceé may get that email or letter for the interview. Whenever I get a notification for the next step I will post!

I recieved a formal email today from NVC. It has a letter that they are now sending it to the consulate. In two to three weeks it'll arrive and then the consulate will send by email & or letter in the mail instructions for the interview.

Omg!!!! Sooo excited for you and your fiancée! Please keep me posted 🙌ðŸ¼

Thank you! I will.

Did they give you an interview date?

Not yet. Our status in the CEAC changed to ready! So, it's ready at the embassy. We are waiting for the embassy to call my fiancee for them to tell her the instructions.

Hi Adrian: did you expedite your case? Congratulations on getting your case sent.

Hi, no I didn't expedite. It took a long time except in this last moment everything seems to be speeding, thankfully.
Thank you!

Check you status : https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV

Thanks for your response. I wish you and Warda a smooth and quick process. I know the suffering well.
Best,
Angela

Thank you!
Today we received the notice for the interview date at the consulate.

Omgggg!!!! I’m soooo happy for you guys!!! The wait is becoming shorter!!! Sending you both great vibes! Cant wait to hear more 🙌ðŸ¼

Thank you! Me & my fianceé are overwhelmed with emotions. Such a long time of waiting with no word or update and all at the same week we get confirmations.
☺ï¸

Just got the notification!!! Congratulations ☺ï¸ðŸ™ŒðŸ¼ Finally!!! When will she be coming over? I’m actually in Morocco until April 3rd ☺ï¸

Congratulations on your approval. It should take about 5 days to get visa in hand. Also, once she receives it, she needs to get the authorization letter to leave Morocco. This is another headache. I guess depending on where she lives in Morocco, it might be easier to obtain. If she is denied, you call the USA embassy in Morocco and have them intervene.

Svp savez vous si cette lettre de sortie est juste obligatoire pour les marocains ou bien c'est valable pour toute personne souhaitant se rendre au États-Unis ?

Thank you!
Most likely next month but we are not sure what date yet. Hopefully soon.
Where would we get the authorization to leave Morocco?

Thank you!
5 days to receive the visa? Nice. She has to pick it up at Casablanca? Will she be notified on email or phone call?

My fiancee was notified today to pick up her passport with the visa!
It was just 5 days. Fast after all that painful waiting.
Thank you.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
