Hi, how did you received the information from NVC, by email? I am try to call them, but it is impossible. Thanks in advance
T-Wall on 2020-01-21 said:
Hi, yes I did call them. There are 2 phone numbers, one for immigrant visas and one for non immigrant visas. Call the non immigrant visa number. 1-603-334-0888. I called 3 times. One time I waited for 30 minutes and gave up. The second and third time's I just had to wait like 5 minutes to get someone. I called at about 8-9pm eastern time when they answered. Good luck.

Hi Trevis, how are you? Can you please informe me which kind of affidavit of support we should prepare? If I make the research for K1 visa it informs Form I-134, but I also found a Form I-864 for K1 visa ...which one I have to use? Regards

Hi, I am good. Hope your process is going well. Everything I have read says I-134. That is what I am preparing.

Hello Trevis, how are you? Sorry to bother you again, but Can you please tell me how can I check if the consulate received my case? Should I call them or are they sending me an email? Thanks for your support. Regards

Hi, The ceac website allows you to track your case after the NVC. Use your RDJ number https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx It will say "in transit" after it leaves the NVC. When the consulate receives it, it will say "ready". Mine took about a week after "in transit" until it changed to "ready". They also sent me an email too. Good luck

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
