I130 completed in March, send delayed due to strict COVID Lockdown for areas and businesses (FEDEX, DHL) Finally decided to sent to sister via LBC (When we were finally able) and have her fwd with USPS.

The new forced vaccine mandate forced us to cancel interviews in order to get the unwanted vaccines. we already had covid I august giving us 27x the protection than from the shots, lunacy.
