My wife’s update... My interview was for 9:30am,got there by 7:am.Went through the normal check in. I saw some cases that were pending.Got called by a nigerian lady for documentation. I was asked to fill a form on the states I've been to,my name, husband's name and address. She collected my passport, birth certificate and original marriage certificate. Did all that and went back to my seat waiting for the CO to call me.The CO that interviewed me had been putting people on AP asking for more evidence or more records.I started getting scared and almost wanted to pray for a new CO but then i remembered that God has the king's heart in his hand.I let it go and put it all in God's hand.Later i saw him with my birth certificate and i knew he was the one to interview me.I just looked at him while he was reviewing my stuff and spoke what i wanted and asked the holy spirit to speak to his heart. He didn't ask for much. Let me outline how it went.I answered everything exact and precise.Don't let your nervousness show.Take a deep breath before answering but don't make it obvious,it gives you time to think. Me:Good morning sir CO:Good morning ma I took the oath and fingerprints and he said CO:Who petitioned for you CO: How and when did you guys meet? CO: When did you get married and where? CO: When did he propose to you, and was it the first time he visited he proposed. CO:How many times did he visit? CO:Do you have any pictures with him? CO:Do you have a means of identification. I gave him everything except my old passport .He then gave me my rights and held on to my passport Please if you want to tell them the dates start with the month first, then day and year-mm/dd/yy

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
