Hi! Congrats on your approval!!! Was your petition serviced at Texas or Nebraska? On your timeline here it says Texas, but your profile mentions Nebraska. A year+ sounds more like Nebraska than Texas, so I was curious.

Yeah it was serviced at Nebraska

ah okay! you should update your timeline to show Nebraska rather than Texas here so that's reflected for other Nebraska filers!

Congrats!
I wish you happiness.
Our case is at the same center (Nebraska), we got NOA01 on December 17th, 2018. Hopefully we will hear good news for soon. Please keep us updated about the coming steps. Thanks

Thank you Souf & H,
They approved our I-130 days ago, now I am reading that both the petitioner and the beneficiary will receive a package of forms, please will they mail it or email it?

After your case is recieved by NVC I will take about a month to get a case and invoice numbers by e-mail with all the instructions. Everything is done online
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
