Hi guys! Have you heard from the NVC yet?

We waiting for about a month and when we didn't hear from them, we decided to call and we got our case number.

Waited***

Did you ever make it through the NVC process to DQ?

Yes, submitted on the 23rd of March and got DQ on the 20th of April.

Congratulations on your IL.

Thank you dearie!

Thank you dearie!

Did you go for your interview?

Yes I did

You seem to be right on track. Did they keep your spouse's passport? Patience at this point. I know it is difficult. Stay strong your blessing is coming.

Did spouse get waiver slip at interview ? Was more evidence requested? Also, what is status at CEAC website?
Another thing; my spouse got email asking for Joint Sponsor but myself the Petitioner did not.

After her interview, the CO asked her to get a letter from our joint sponsor. They didn't keep her passport. We submitted the letter 2 days after the interview (Dec 10th) status on ceac has been updated 4 times since interview, the last update was Dec 30th but it still shows refused.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
