The officer was from the same country as my husband and I are from. She was not very friendly as if she had some pre-judgements about us. Our shitty lawyer was not a help either as she had not submitted enough financial documents. So she decided to do a fraud interview and separated us. Long story short she was about to deny us and ask for more evidence when we remembered that we have a joint Costco club membership and she said I'll ask my supervisor and ended up approving us on spot. However she told me that whenever you're applying for removing of condition you will definitely get an interview appointment unless you have children by then. (which we didn't and got approved without interview) |
