I just heard today that our case is transferred. I saw someone who filed in November 2019 just got approved couple of days ago. Our lawyer has told us to file for a K3 but not sure how that would help. Have you guys filed a K3?

My understanding is that the K3 does not have any effect anymore. There have been a lot of discussion on it at Visa Journey. Based on peoples' comments, it appears to be mostly ignored. I would suggest doing a search on k3 in Visa Journey and see if your sense on it is similar to mine. Wishing you well.

We are submitting K3 anyways as we have lot more pictures, evidence and visits etc. Not sure if it will make any impact but this is the best we can do. Will keep intouch with how things proceed!
