Did you get packet 3 yet to your email? We are also uae and wondering how long it takes. Thanks

@AhmednDanyal We're still waiting for Packet 3. Based on other UAE K1 timelines it looks like it takes about 2 weeks from the Consulate Received date. Hoping to receive the email some time this week.

@ahmednDanyal I just received the Packet 3 email! Took a little over 2 weeks.

Thank you so much. Was March 10 first available ? Our case was shipped today to UAE. We were praying for a March interview as his resident visa will expire in March

March 4th was the earliest date available but we chose a date that works for us. Good luck!

Dumb question but how do you know when the consulate received date is ? Was 12/28 when your case went from in transit to ready ? Or was packet 3 when it went to ready? It’s 2 weeks today since ours was shipped and it still says in transit. I know by the DHL tracker it arrived on 1/26. Thanks :)

I tracked it via DHL. I received a DHL text alert that the package was delivered to Abu Dhabi on 12/28. The status on the CEAC site is delayed so I wouldn’t go by that. It still had a status of In Transit when I received Packet 3.
It took us 17 days to receive Packet 3 after the Consulate received date (12/28). I suspect you should receive your packet 3 some time next week. Good luck!!

It says ready today but no pack 3 yet. Another one I talk to she hasn’t got pack 3 yet and hers was arrived like jan 10

It says ready today but no pack 3 yet. Another one I talk to she hasn’t got pack 3 yet and hers was arrived like jan 10 or 14

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
