Srp on 2019-10-07 said:I don’t think so 1st November is available because they only gave me 2 options for timings when I booked . I booked my appointments on 17 th September.and also interview date they gave me earliest on 1st November otherwise hey we’re giving me next date in January 1st week . And yes I read new rules and still inquiring about that . And congratulations for early approval and good luck .

you can fill the ds 160 even before you get the case number but for making payment to schedule the appointment you need the case number from nvc..
