We have the same approval date but haven’t received an email from NVC. Yours was fast.

No just waited and it came 2 days later, have paid the fees just need to complete the requested forms and upload the supporting documents. Unfortunately I drive truck and very little access to printers and scanners right now so getting this part done will take longer than I like.

Hello there! Did you get your interview date yet?
Tony&Jean on 2020-07-08 said:
No, my wife had her med exam but had to address high blood pressure before they will issue her medical exam. I have emailed the Consular officers to request an appointment date since we were granted an expedited interview appointment request. The officers have not responded to my emails yet for an appointment. If you call or try to register online for an appointment the agents will tell you they are not making appointments due to covid-19 and the online system will show no appointments available as well.

Our case file is at the embassy and shows "Ready" status on CEAC
Tony&Jean on 2020-07-28 said:
Once our case file arrived in Manila, 7-7-2020, and our status on CEAC said ready we scheduled her medical examination appointment, the soonest we could get an appointment was 8-13-2020. We immediately called St Luke's and explained we were approved for an expedited Interview and wanted to know if we could get in sooner for her medical review, they told us to come in right away so she did and was cleared, we then sent an email to ivmanilareplies@state.gov to inquire about when my wife would be scheduled for an interview. In the email we stayed that we had been granted an expedited Interview appointment and that my wife had been cleared by St Luke's. After that we got an email that looks like a canned response but it gives a list of questions you need to reply back with the answers. Make sure you reply to that email answering all the questions, when we did the embassy called my wife after a few days and informed her that she was scheduled for her interview on August 3rd.

Congratulations on getting your interview date!
Crb1 on 2020-07-29 said:
That’s exactly how it went for us with the exception we scheduled my wife’s medical at St. Luke’s a while ago for July 14. They had no problem with her not having an interview date yet. Our interview is Aug 4th. CEAC is still listing that case is currently at Manila and has never said Ready. Either way we have our interview scheduled for next Tuesday.
Tony&Jean on 2020-07-29 said:
Thank you @IsItLekker, we also registered for her CFO interview and completed it yesterday, she will be issued her CFO certificate once she completes her interview.

Congrats! Give us some feedback. Did you have a joint sponsor? Did they mention anything on the public charge rule?
Tony&Jean on 2020-08-04 said:
No no need for joint sponsor and nothing brought up on public charge. I lived in Philippines for 2 years prior so no tax returns for 2017 or 2018 and only 6months income for 2019. Provided all my paystubs from time I returned to US up until I mailed in the I-130
blank avatar User555 on 2020-08-12 said:
Was your current income shown for the 5 months above the 125% rule? Or was your projected income for 2020 over?
Tony&Jean on 2020-08-13 said:
I did not calculate the rate above poverty line. I had 26k for 6 months of 2019 and then about another 5 months of paystubs I submitted so apparently I made more than enough to not need any financial sponcer
blank avatar User555 on 2020-08-15 said:
Thanks! Yes, if it's just the two of you, you need at least $21,550 per year. I've been living in the PH for the past two years and my 2017 and 2018 returns were under, but my projected income for 2020 will be over that amount.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
