Thank you very much for answering me, I was very happy for you, I am in the process, but my husband is Cuban and green card holder, we also applied in January, the 25th priority date. We request the expedition for emotional reasons, but the request was poorly made and was denied. We have a 4 year old daughter and we have been with family separated for 3 years, I am desperate, I want to try the expedite again, but I was impressed that they denied and then approve, could you tell me the reasons for your expedite silicitation?

Hi, how did your interview go?

hi, interview went well. they approved it for my husband..just asked few basic questions, how and when we met? who is the co sponsor, and the officer asked about our civil ceremony dates and religious ceremony dates..after 15 min of questions he said, his visa is approved and handed him the 'welcome paper. I updated my AOS and sent it with my husband as I got another job after i filed and they did ask him for it, i also uploaded my 2019 tax forms on ceac and sent the copies as well. they checked those and kept his police certificates! He was free in 3.5 hours! I was gettign worried but when he came back he said there werent enough counters open so he had to wait a long time!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
