Have you guys heard back yet?

Nothing as of yet.

Congratulations my dear brother, please can you tell us when you got case completed at NVC? Thank you

Congrats! What was your DQ date?

I wish I knew the answers to these questions. Our lawyers did our process. They can’t even tell us our DQ date or when it was completed at NVC. We just found out about our interview yesterday. I know it went to the NVC somewhere around February 2020. DQ somewhere between March to June of 2020.

Congratulations

Thank you ðŸ™ðŸ¾

was he asked of the 2021 W2?

Current tax transcripts. I had not filed for 2021 when he went. He had 2020 tax transcripts.

Hello. Can you tell me how long it took for your passport to be ready to pick up at DHL after your visa was approved?

They sent his visa to the wrong embassy so it delayed us for over 30 days. Average wait times are 7 to 10 days.

Thank you

Did you receive your passport and packet together from DHL. My wife went to DHL to pick up her passport but was not given the Packet and told she would get it at the airport.

If they don’t give you a packet, they sent everything over electronically. My husband only received his passport and visa back.

Thank you

You are welcome.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
