Comments : Adjusting from a B1 visa.

The officer spent about 20 minutes asking questions about the development of our relationship. She didn't directed any question to one or the other, so we tried to take turns answering. She was typing all the time, and asked us to speak slower, because she was trying to register everything, as it would be useful for future processes.
E.g.:
When and how did you meet?
How did you communicate back then?
When did the relationship become romantic?
How many times did you visited each other?
Did you live together before marriage?
Who was there in the wedding day? Where was it?
What did you do after the courthouse?

Then she asked if we had further evidence to provide, stating at the same time that what we sent in the initial package was enough. She didn't even looked at them, just said it would be good for removing conditions.
She didn't really care about my J1 waiver, but said would keep a copy "just in case". (That was a bit frustrating, considering that obtaining the J1 waiver was a very stressful process haha).

That was followed by confirming questions on I-864 and I-485. She said "let me see if I can make my decision today" and took about 10 minutes in her computer, but kept small talking to us. She approved on the spot, gave me an approval letter and explained the ROC process. We were still in the building when I got approval text notification.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
