Congratulations!
We are expecting our interview within the next month. Could you tell me more about what is sent in packet 3?
ChrisH. on 2020-01-16 said:
Thank you for congrats. I am Ukrainian, so sorry for my grammar in advance :) .
I do nor really remember what exactly was in a package but according to article from usembassy.gov my Fiancé send me:
- Evidence of support – from your American fiancé(e)
– Affidavit of Support I-134 with the most
recent IRS tax transcript and/or W-2.
Also I was worried about intent to marry letter, some sources is telling that we need to provide this letter again but with up to day date. Consul did not ask me about that, but I am not sure that he will not ask other people to provide this document. I found this check list and according to it brought all documents to interview:Checklist for Fiance(e) K1 visa interview

I am not sure about advises which I can give. Interview passed very fast and I did not even have time to worry :) . Expecting was very long. Around 10 questions I have. First she asked in which language would be better for me to answer. First one was: Why are you here? For what reason? Next couple questions was about my fiancé: When you met? How many times did you see each other? How you found each other? When he came to Ukraine? How many times he came to Ukraine? Where did you travel together? When it was? When he came to Ukraine last time? How much time you spend in total? Next questions were about my previous marriage. How much time you was married? When you divorced?

Hope you guys are doing well! Just wanted to say that you folks really dodged a bullet. We were about 30-40 days behind you and now no end in sight. :(
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
