Hello my name is Mariah I submitted my k1 maybe 6 days after you 🥰 how is the visa process going for you? Did they send the NOA 2 in the mail? And was it updated on the website?

I haven't had any issues, i just got noa 2 like 2 days ago via website should come soon by mail

Did you look it up on the case status on the uscis website? and it showed it got approved? Mine still says your case has been received hahaha . I’m hoping it comes soon. Where do you live? I’m from Chicago . My fiancé is from puerto plata

Yes from the website , NYC MINE IS FROM THE CAPITAL

Yea it says approved

I got mine too I’m so excited it was approved the 23rd as well. I got mine in the mail. Are you hoping the interview is soon? I was hoping itl be in September early October but we will see

I hope so waiting on that case number

Hey how are you, how did the nvc contact you was it through email?

I contacted the nvc myself via phone call long wait time

I don't even look at the estimated processing time that it gives on here oh, that timeline has changed about 20 times since I applied September 11th one minute it says my stuff will be done in February the next minute is says March now it's May the other day it said April I'll look back again and depend on how people are putting their timelines in it may change back to February again so I will just keep my fingers crossed LOL

Amen
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
