I use the service called rapid visa to help me and I was surprised when I found this website that a lot of people did it on their own. Some people in this website also said that rapid Visa didn't help at all, I don't know. But as hard as it is now you will get a response and I hope soon! And actually although I now have relief that my noa2 is here I have major nerves about the interview because a lot of people don't get approved at that stage.

What is reason for delay, we are do truly genuine if they have queries they can ask us.. so many other steps and things are backed up because of this , i have a long notice period to serve

Do you have any idea as to the timelines as far as how long it will take?police verification is going to be a problem for me because my fiance worked in Saudi Arabia and they don't give police clearances so not sure how to proceed with that. Please ask them to confirm email address for you so that you can get the notification as well. What is OCC appointment? did not do ds-160 because I think that's after they contact my fiance but I'll double-check that. Where do you find out where appointments are available at?

I called Mumbai and they said that they did receive the email version of the case but they actually needed the physical file in their office before we could schedule the interview and for us to just wait. Weeks went past and no email appointment letter so called again and they said do not do anything just have patience and wait. Very frustrating!
So we waited and waited and waited finally appointment letter came in the mail a day ago to my fiancee in India, no email at all. So we can now schedule our interview appointment.
while we were waiting though when I first called Mumbai they ask me permission to make an online profile for us and so I gave them the information they requested and the profile was completed. We did our ds-160 also and if you do that make sure you print the confirmation page and keep that number because you're going to need it. My fiance went ahead and got his PCC started and just waiting for that to come for him to pick it up. So right now we're going to pay the visa fee, schedule the interview, and then schedule the medical.
How are you guys doing??

Once it reaches Mumbai it'll probably be about two or three weeks before you guys receive your appointment letter through email or through mail. Hopefully faster if they just sent you the email

I tried to book medical but hospital said not until we have payment if visa fee receipt. So trying to pay at a bank so we have the receipt to book medical then appointment.
We are slowly moving along but hopefully after holidays things will pick up. I hope you connect with NVC and get info on your case progress.

I received email saying they shipped my packet 4- but i read in their email my apartment name on the address in inaccurate and that is why it is not getting delivered . What courier service / postal department did you get yours from?

I'm unsure what services were used. if you contact travel docs and they create your profile you can update your address. We were trying to schedule for interview and the dates weren't matching up with the biometrics appointment and since we have to go to Mumbai it's a very far away from where he lives so wanted to get it as close together as possible. Because we are trying to do that the website lock this out for 72 hours so today we can finally get back in and try to schedule if any available appointments.
ustraveldocs.com/in if you do not have a profile I suggest you call them because when I spoke with them they set it up for me while I was on the phone with them. You will need your passport info for the beneficiary and date of birth.

So when you go to apply for the ofc try to only back button 1 time. Once your account unfreezes you can actually call the appointment center and have them scheduled it for you and that way you will not get frozen out ðŸ‘

Medical - got 4 vaccinations and lots of blood work done waiting for results and x-ray but he said lots of people were there. He got it done in Punjab. You have your interview this month? I did the same from Immitranslate, they provide transalation and notarization services and deliver hard copy to our address.
Give it a try, ( its lil expensive but if birth certi is one page , its worth )

Got the medical report and now found out updated letter of intent is good to have so today sent out my signed copy in the mail to India. Rapid Visa told me a small picture book with dates and location is better than the large ones like on youtube. So now I sent a 25 page 4*6 picture size one. It came out nice!
