Getting close to NOA2 I hope!!! FYI this is being filed in Madrid Spain, however the fiance is a Colombian Citizen and Resident of Spain.

Received notice online of RFE will be mailed today to me :(. Date posted of RFE receipt is the date notification-however letter will not arrive for a week or so.

Hey my timeline is pretty similar and our case will also go to the Madrid embassy. Have you rx'd the packet 3 yet? Or do you have any info on the availability of interview dates? Thanks and good luck!
Sdean04 on 2019-11-13 said:
No we have not and have no further information. The interview dates are not known till packet 4 so probably looking at January at the earliest
Franlovera on 2019-11-13 said:
Thanks for the info!

Hey there! similar timelines here! Got any news from the embassy yet? :(
Sdean04 on 2019-11-18 said:
Not yet. They received on 10/31

Jesus the US embassy in Madrid takes forever... Our case is most likely getting sent next week but with the holidays coming up I don’t even expect the interview til late January or even February at this point...
Sdean04 on 2019-11-18 said:
I would say February at the earliest
Franlovera on 2019-11-18 said:
I saw a thread here on VJ that they emailed the embassy asking for the packet 3. The embassy sent them packet 3 via email and that made things go by faster. I'll see if i can find the thread.

I sent you an email :)

BTW, I emailed them for packet 3 and they sent it via email yesterday. They forgot to attach it the first time, but I sent them a second email asking if they forgot to attach it and then they sent it. Did you email me? I didn't get anything
Sdean04 on 2019-11-27 said:
Funny. I had to do the same following up bc they forgot the attachment in the first email as well
Franlovera on 2019-11-27 said:
Lol in the thread they also forgot the attachment lol
Ela G. on 2019-11-28 said:
sorry I meant I emailed Sdean04 :) My case is in transit and it’s supposed to get delivered tomorrow Friday according to DHL... I think I’ll email asking for the P3 at the end of next week since I don’t trust them with contacting me first...
Sdean04 on 2019-11-28 said:
You can just use what I gave you
Franlovera on 2019-11-28 said:
Sdean04, I'm about to send out the packet 3 documents. Did you send copies of everything they ask for or only the ones that ask for a copy by the bolded title? The last phrase that only one copy of each document throws me off a bit.
Sdean04 on 2019-11-28 said:
I did not send but will only send copies of original birth cert and divorce doc etc they ask for. My understanding is that they need the copies so when they return the orginals to you.
Ela G. on 2019-12-05 said:
Hi! Yes I will let you know when I receive P4! because of the bank holidays I don’t expect them to receive my package until thursday most likely, but either way I’m thinking it will take 2 weeks
Sdean04 on 2019-12-05 said:
Oh that’s quick. Would be interin how far can push out the interview

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
