On October 10, 2019, we sent you a duplicate notice about a decision on your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number LIN19900*****, or describing how we will process the case if it is still pending. Your case is located at our Nebraska Service Center location. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your duplicate notice by November 9, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address......they asked for RFE and we sent it . This is the update I got this morning, can anyone explain this for me

Peter. Glad you are approved after 1year nawa o. Maybe you didn't go for I-129F

Congratulations on your interview

Thank you!

Hello dear. Will you be interviewing at the US consulate In Nigeria?

Yes

Woooow when did you get your interview date? Please enlighten me on the process of how you acquired it?? My spouse to supposed to have interview in April and it was canceled and we haven’t heard anything since then. Been calling them and nothing yet. Please enlighten me. Thank you

I got my interview date October 6th.your spouse needs to contact the embassy for rescheduling of his interview.....well am in a WhatsApp group which i think will help, it has been a great help to me since i started this process.

Hello can you send me the whatsapp group info to join? I have to file my i130

You have to file first Because they will ask for your priority date
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
