Comments : Two additional documents were required, as I was told during the Interview in Frankfurt:
1. A (second) I-864 filed by my husband (petitioner), because they apparently didn't receive the first one (which they've somehow noticed just then).
We submitted one I-864 earlier filed by him, who hasn't earned more than a few hundred each month (as we are both students yet), one I-864 filed by our joint sponsor as well as a letter, that explains why my husband doesn't have any tax records. Maybe that's where some confusion lies.
2. A letter written by our joint sponsor in which she states, that she fully understands what she is going to account for, because she hasn't met me that often in here life and is a very close family friend but no biological relative to my husband.

Congratulations you guys! Things seemed to move pretty quickly for you. What was the end result of your interview? Also, did you do a direct consular filing or apply for an expedite?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
