It looks like our file date and NOA1 are the same so I am just wondering why your adjudication date is Oct or Nov. Of this year. Is it because of where your case is? Outs says April 28- June 15 2020

Good day, they VJ sent an email the other day saying June 2020. Then it said November 2019-2019. I think it is based on the historics of VJ. The members that are updating their timeline is what the system is going by. But, I'm going to trust we will here a word soon.
There are not many people that are with Potomac service center/Nigeria..

I pray that your case is adjudicated soon also. This process is long and the separation is hard on couples and families. I am in Huntsville Alabama and my lawyer filed our petition. I wish everyone the best and for a happy outcome! I just wish they could move a bit quicker. Maybe one day!!

You said you got an email from VJ saying June 2020 and then it said November 2019. I am wondering why such a huge change. You said you thought it was based on the historics of VJ. What I am confused about is if you don't have anything to update how can you update the timeline?

Patricia Owuh, I'm going to inbox you. Im at Potomac processing center, you are at Nebraska if I"m not mistaking.

Great news! Congratulations! I hope ours is up next. 😊

Hope2020, thank you so much. I pray so too.

Hope2020, thank you so much. I pray so too.

Congrat yours was so fast did your uscis receipt number start with IOE

No, but a friend of mine does. She is in the worst condition with worrying.

No, but a friend of mine does. She is in the worst condition with worrying.

What is a receipt number starting with IOE mean?

It's a pilot program; E-filing, at Ellis. That's in Texas. They transferred my friend's i-130 there. She's upset. We sent ours out at the same time.

Oh, wow, sorry! Seems they have transferred a lot of cases from other service centers to Lincoln Nebraska. Makes no sense since they already know Nebraska is the slowest .

I think it is they are backlogged. I need to correct my timeline. NVC, have not sent a welcome letter, USCIS, sent it to them.
Si, I guess I made a mistake.

When you filed your I-129f where did they send it? I just recieved my receipt notice for my I-129f and it went straight to Nebraska just like our first petition for the I-130. It was mailed to Texas and they sent it to Nebraska. Just wondering if everyone who filed the I-129f after the I-130 had theirs go to the sameservice center as the first.

My friend's went to Potomac and they sent it to TSC. I have been not feeling well. So sorry for the late reply.

I'm so sorry you've not been feeling well. I hope you are getting better. I hope everything is moving along with your petition also. I've been so depressed over all this but we just continue to pray for good news. They've had our petition for 5 months and now they have the I-129f. I hope your friend gets good news soon also. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone.

Mine is Potomac center Nigeria Pd September 23

All of us will get there. Goodluck to everyone

I would like to say blessings to each and everyone that is going through this process. May the power of the Holy Spirit overshadow each and every one of our cases in the name of Jesus. Victory belongs to Jesus and that's all I have to say. And I want to thank God for sending each and every one of us wonderful spouses and may we have a blessed and prosperous life. And may we be reunited with our spouses as soon as possible in the name of Jesus Amen.

Amen!!!

Np at all!! Oh that would be wonderful my friend!

Awesome news my friend!!

Hello.. Am trying to pm you but it not working for me. Kindly pm if you can. I have something to ask you privately. Thank you

Are you talking to me Patricia Owuh or someone else? If you are talking to me let me know and I will try and pm you.

Hello guys, my VJ family. I just got back into the US. I visited my husband for a few weeks, after plenty of nerve blockers in my spine. How are things going? My cell is working now. Lol

Congratulations today for u both

Hello dear, how was your husband's interview today?

Congrats

Still waiting on the embassy to reopen. In God's timing...I was blessed to be there 2 weeks before his interview. He said it was not as bad as others have stated. He knows his wife and our relationship...so, I'm really blessed by that. He stated that he felt comfortable, as if he was talking to a friend. I will do a review on his interview...
I will not lie, we did study a lot last year based on our Visajourney's family advice. When we would conversate, I would just catch him off guard and ask him a few questions. He would answer them and I would give him a little advice...

I am so so excited for you both Rosemichelle!! My husband and I are waiting for our interview date now. Has the Consulate in Lagos opened? Is that where your husband had his interview? I am so happy to hear he had a wonderful person to meet with and be interviewed by! It truly is amazing how God orchestrates these times!

Congratulations to you Rose, I'm so happy for both of you... Thank God

So your husband is with you now? I'm so happy for you! When did he get his visa?

No ma'am, he is not yet. Hopefully, if they open October 1, he will be soon. I was reading someone said that they went to DHL so we have not heard anything....

This was his Interview in March 2020... We are waiting for them to open, so he will know if his passport was sent to DHL. He did not get AP; but something strange happened and by the time it was corrected, they had closed down a few days later. But, the issue was taken care of....

Okay, thank you sweetie. I pray he will be with you soon!

Hi, my husband said someone he was in contact with received a letter to come and pick up his passport in Lagos. I’m praying all services resume soon.

That is great news. I think they are trying to get to the ones that have already had their interviews now. By the grace of God they will resume all services soon and our spouses can get interview date and be with us soonest.

Thats wonderful news...I've checked my email and I have not received anything as of yet. I pray that I do soon. But, his medical has expired. So, we will see.
All of us deserve to be with our spouses. Let's keep praying for each other. Amen.

Hello, I read through your trend. Congratulations on the whole process. I am so excited for you. I am also in US and I want to begin the process for my husband. I am very much confused on how do begin especially with the ban. Can you guide me please

May I Dm you?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
