So happy....received notification from our attorney today "Petition approved on 10/3/2019". Now we wait on NVC!!!

Is petitioner an US citizen or green card holder?

The petitioner is US citizen. I-130 moved faster than the timeline that is reported on TSC processing times. Thankful!!!!

We are similar! 130 approved around the same date, received bills on the same date, and we submitted our packets around the same date (ours was submitted 12/7). Soon we’ll be doc qualified!🤞ðŸ½

I received a Case FE Review on 12/19/2019. NVC needed my (petitioner's) final divorce decree. I uploaded it on 12/20/19. My husband asked me to call on today to confirm that they received it and the expected review of the resubmission. I was told that I mistakenly uploaded it under the applicant's documents and it needed to be uploaded with the petitioner's documents. All the other documents were accepted. The initial review of the documents was relatively quick and I am praying the resubmission will also be done as quickly. Best wishes to you on your DQ!!!!

Oh wow, that sucks but I believe they’ll review that last doc quickly. Thank you! DQ 12/26 now waiting on interview letter.

Congratulations!!!

We are having our interview same day

I'm in Nigeria now...I went to the embassy today, my husband wanted to poke around. What are your thoughts?
We are preparing a waiver packet in preparation for the interview.

hello dear. were you guys approved? praying for positive reports
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
