They are just responding February 10, 2021. Sending an email stating they was sending the case back to Uscis for revocation..

I have a question. I was denied my K-1 due to expired paperwork/forms 🤷ðŸ½â€â™€ï¸ I’m clueless!
However, My Fiancé and I are married now. I wanted to know if I should apply for a B1 Visa for him to visit for a few months? Or should we apply for the Cr1 visa instead? I’ve visited Nigeria 4times already and we wanted to take a simple Vacation somewhere here in USA. Thanks for the input ðŸ™
