Have you applied at USCIS lockbox?? Or it was direct Consular processing??

Even one more thing to ask, have you even applied K3 visa along with IR1/CR1 visa??

USCIS lockbox. And no K3 application

Hi, did you use a nvc expedite?

No I didn’t.

Who scheduled your interview date? You or the embassy?

Nvc schedules after getting available dates from the embassy, for CR 1 category

Congratulations, on your approval

Congratulations on approval!! Hope you will share your experience at the embassy 😊

Thanks guys

Congratulations!🎊🍾

Congratulations!!

Hi Jade20! So happy for you and your spouse. I wanted to ask if it's not too personal how many times did you visit eachother?

7 times.

Have you recieved your. Visa yet?

No I haven’t. Hopefully get to pick up my passport tomorrow.

Will you please update us when you recieve your visa? And let us know the issue date on it? I hear the issue date is supposed to be the date of your interview or the day after. I guess the issue date is important in relation to the ban coming into affect. I'd appreciate it! Congrats again! We will join you soon in aproval!

Picked up my Passport moments ago. Issue date was feb 6
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
