Event Description

Embassy Review : My husband had an appointment on yesterday to bring in his DS-260 updated form and passport at 1pm got there was 2nd in line .he had to go back to the car because he had a small bottle of hands sanitizer in his pocket. It was only five people waiting for their interview. So my husband ended up being the last person of the day they called him up took his paperwork and passport when he got ready to pay his money they said it wasn't enough that the prices went up ,he ask them could he go outside to get it his sister were sitting outside but they said no that they would put him on the list to come back today the same time so hopefully everything is ok I haven't heard anything from him yet so he's turning in his passport DS-260 form and paying to file the form because it had expired .I cant wait until my husband gets to come here its been a very long process for us.on his first interview he was denied but we didn't give up .I've traveled back and forth to Jamaica over seven times but since this virus going around I haven't seen my husband a little over a year we've been married 4years and haven't given up yet.so to whom ever you my be hold on and don't give up with prayer and fasting God has kept us.

He was directed to the lane for port of entry they took his package and he sat down for about 10 minutes the guy asked him the address to which he would be living at .then told him he would be receiving his Green card within 6 weeks .then welcome him to the United states.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
