I129 PD 07/05/19 Denied 08/27/19

Hi ,after uploading your documents, it took only 5 days for nvc case complete ?

Yes we got an email from nvc that our case is now complete

Great, and have you received the interview date at case completion. Or they will send a separate mail for the same.?

So we need to get PCC from Passport office only right?? Not from District Police??

No Interview Letter yet.

I got both. From passport office and from District Police as well.

Kitts,
I know your are asking others for when did they for the interview letter. This is what I found. Not sure this is what’s going on.
I am finding a very disturbing trend. Mumbai consulate is only sending/scheduling the interview letter after 120 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of i-130 approval(NOA2). It has nothing to do with when you are documently qualified/case complete at NVC. Please update me if this is the right trend that you are seeing with other BMB filers.

All the best for the interview.

Did they expedite your case? Considering the time nebraska takes to approve cases, yours was done really quick. Congrats

Thanks S Mrs

We filed i129f in july. That helped our i130 to be adjudicated early.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
