Hello I’m french too :) we received a letter from nvc on May 28th saying our package was now transferred to US embassy France but we still haven’t heard anything from Paris !.. should I start to worry ?!.. don’t know what to do.. by any chance would you have an email address where I can write ?! Hope you can help ;-) I’ve seen your interview is in September ! Was it the earliest date you could get ?!.. Thanks for your help :)

Hello, I (petitioner) didn’t get an email from the embassy in Paris until about three weeks after CEAC marked our case as “Ready†to schedule the interview. And I only got that email AFTER we paid the fees and scheduled the interview from the embassy link online. So, I don’t think you should worry, it just seems that things are going a little slower there over the summer months. And yes, September was the first available interview slot I’m sorry to say.

Congrats !!! Hope you’ll post a review !
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
